"Transformation of the Nambiar Estate: An Ensemble of Modern Elegance and Classic Allure"

Resting within the calm of Whitefield lies the Nambiar Estate, an old-world villa turned into an ultra-modern sanctuary of luxury, spanning an impressive 8000 sqft of land with a 6000 sqft built-up area. This renovation project was a journey back to the home country for a family returning from the USA and a chance to breathe new life into a space touched by time.

"The Grandeur of Living"

The living room, featuring an impressive double-height ceiling, was designed to be the pulsating heart of the residence. We weaved luxurious veneer borders, state-of-the-art CG lighting, and timeless teak wood flooring from Burma to construct a lavish, comfortable ambiance. The space was infused with a touch of tradition and modernity, with a dedicated Vastu-compliant pooja room and an added powder room.

"A Haven for the Matriarch"

The mother's room was a sanctuary tailored to a septuagenarian's lifestyle. Automated curtains, alert systems for falls, and customized furniture catered to her every need. A mini-library that opens into the garden satisfies her love for reading.

"Master Suite of Dreams"

The ground-floor master suite was extended to incorporate a large bathroom and a magnificent French window opening to the garden. Catering to the couple's needs, the room features a solid wood headrest and a study table equipped with ample charging points. The wardrobe was designed considering the wife's Knee joint issues, offering an easy-to-use organization system.

"Designer's Retreat"

The daughter's room was a creative mix of her studio and personal space. A carefully crafted partition separated the two zones. We captured her love for pastel shades and advanced gadgets, providing a room that reflects her personality and creativity.

"Code Connoisseur's Corner"

The son's room was a playground for a computer enthusiast. Given his aversion to a visible wardrobe, we disguised it with a mirror finish, providing a novel solution that merged form and function.

"Culinary Ensemble"

The kitchen was a gourmet's delight, remodeled to cater to the diverse cooking styles of the family. We followed the 'clean, cook, serve' strategy, imbuing the space with advanced appliances, amplifying convenience for the four culinary enthusiasts in the family.
